Firmware requirement

How to access Bitrefill in the BitBoxApp
- Open the BitBoxApp.
- Connect and unlock your BitBox02.
- Select Marketplace from the sidebar.
- Open the Spend tab.
- Select your country or region.
- Choose the account you want to spend from.
- Select Bitrefill.
The Bitrefill widget will open inside the BitBoxApp.
Privacy note
Bitrefill usually does not require an account or ID verification for normal purchases within its limits. You can often check out as a guest and receive your digital product after the payment is confirmed.
Completing a purchase
- Select a product or service.
- Configure the available options, such as the gift card value or eSIM plan.
- Add the item to your cart.
- Enter the required order details.
- Review the order summary.
- Confirm the payment in the BitBoxApp.
- Verify all transaction details on your BitBox02 display.
- Confirm the transaction on your BitBox02.
After the transaction is confirmed, Bitrefill will process your order and deliver the purchased product.
Order delivery
Most Bitrefill purchases are delivered shortly after the blockchain transaction receives the required confirmations. Gift card codes, phone refills, or eSIM details are usually shown on-screen and sent by email.
