Here you can view our products, select them, and add them to your cart using the “Add to cart” button. For example, you might select the BitBox02 Bitcoin-Only Edition.

1. When the product is in your shopping cart, click “Continue.”
2. Next, you'll proceed to the “Shipping address” page. Enter your address and click “Continue.”
3. The “Shipping method” page will follow. Choose your preferred shipping method; you'll also see shipping information and any applicable duties or taxes.
   • Note for warehouse: You can add a note for our warehouse staff at this stage. Please do not enter promo codes here, as this note is not seen by the shipping company or used for discounts.
4. Review the Checkout Summary.
   • Important! Promo Code: If you have a promo code, this is the only step where you can enter it. Add your promo code on this page before clicking "Proceed to Payment." If you forget to enter it here and complete your payment, the discount cannot be applied retroactively.
5. Click Proceed to Payment.

Choose your payment method

On the payment page, you can select from several convenient options:

• Bitcoin & Lightning (Enjoy a 5% discount!)
• Credit/Debit Card or PayPal
• Bank Transfer (EUR only, takes 2-5 business days to confirm)
• Crypto.com Pay

Important notes before paying

• Order Confirmation Email: 
  • After selecting your payment method and clicking "Proceed to Payment," you'll receive an order confirmation email. This email includes your unique order ID, the products you've selected, and the total cost.
  • This email will also state: “At the time of sending this email we have not yet received your payment. To pay for your order click here: …"
• Payment Confirmation Email:
  • Once your payment is successfully processed and allocated to your order, you'll receive a separate payment confirmation email.
  • If you paid by bank transfer (which can take 2-5 business days to process), please be patient. There might be a delay between your payment and its allocation to your order. Wait for the processing time to pass.

How each payment method works

Bitcoin & Lightning:

If you select Bitcoin, you'll be redirected to our BTCPAY page. Here you'll find:

• The Bitcoin payment address.
• A QR code for easy scanning.
• The exact BTC amount due.
• Details like the total price in fiat currency. You can also switch to the Lightning Network on this page.

Credit/Debit Card or PayPal:

Choosing this option will redirect you to Stripe, our payment processor.

• Credit/Debit Card: You can directly enter your card details.
• PayPal: You'll see an option, usually at the top, to log in and pay with PayPal.
• Bank Transfer (via Stripe): Stripe may also offer a bank transfer option on this page. Clicking it will provide you with the necessary bank details.

Bank Transfer (Direct Option):

If you select "Bank Transfer" directly from our payment options, you'll be guided to Stripe Checkout for bank transfer details.

• We only support EUR bank transfers.
• Please note: Due to processing times (2-5 business days), you might receive an automated payment reminder email from us (as mentioned in the Order Confirmation section) even if you've already sent the payment. If you've paid, you can safely ignore this reminder and wait for the payment confirmation email.

Crypto.com Pay:

Selecting Crypto.com Pay will redirect you to their platform to complete the payment using their available options.

After your payment

Once your payment is made, please wait for the automated payment confirmation email. As mentioned, if you selected bank transfer and receive a payment reminder after you've already initiated the transfer, please disregard it and allow 2-5 business days for processing.
