This guide walks you through the steps to return an item purchased from the BitBox shop for a smooth refund process.

Return conditions

To receive a full refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be started within 90 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in its original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method, less any return shipping or import fees.

How to start your return

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

1. Find your order details page: You can find the link in your original order confirmation email. Alternatively, search for your order using your order number on our Find my order page.
2. Start the return: On your order details page, click the "Return Items" button.

3. Select items: Choose the specific item(s) you wish to return and click "Initiate return" to confirm.

4. Get the return address: The system will display our return address. Please make a note of it for shipping.

Shipping your return

Once you have the return address, you are ready to ship the package.

• Package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original shipping box.
• Ship the package to the return address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We recommend keeping the tracking number until the return is complete. Our support team may request it if complications arise.

Receiving your refund

Here’s what happens after we receive your returned item(s):

1. Inspection: We will inspect the returned product(s) to ensure they meet the return conditions.
