When you order in the BitBox shop and choose to pay via bank transfer, we use Stripe as a payment processor. Stripe uses various bank services depending currency and jurisdiction. 

For European customers, the deposit address typically used by Stripe to receive your bank payment is hosted at Citibank in Dublin (Ireland).
