The BitBoxApp provides an intuitive way to manage your cryptocurrency transactions. To gain deeper insights into each transaction, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select your account

On the left sidebar of the BitBoxApp, choose the account corresponding to the cryptocurrency you're interested in. This will display the transaction history for that account.

Step 2: Access transaction details

In the transaction list, locate the specific transaction you want more information about. Click on the magnifying glass icon located on the right side of the transaction row. This will open a detailed view of the transaction.

Step 3: Understand the transaction details

The detailed view provides the following information:

  • Note: Any personal notes you've added to the transaction.
  • Type: Indicates whether the transaction was sent or received.
  • Confirmations: Shows how many times the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.
  • Status: Displays the current status of the transaction (e.g., pending, confirmed).
  • Date: The date and time when the transaction was confirmed.
  • Fiat: The fiat currency equivalent of the transaction amount.
  • Fiat at time of transaction: The fiat value at the time the transaction was made.
  • Amount: The amount of cryptocurrency involved in the transaction.
  • Fee: The transaction fee paid to miners.
  • Address: The address from which you received coins or to which you sent coins.
  • Weight per unit: A metric introduced with SegWit to evaluate transaction and block sizes.
  • Virtual size: Determines the network fee; a smaller virtual size can result in lower fees.
  • Size: The actual size of the transaction in bytes.
  • Transaction ID: A unique identifier for the transaction, useful for tracking on a block explorer.
  • Open in external block explorer: Provides a link to view the transaction on an external block explorer for additional verification.

By reviewing these details, you can better understand and verify your transactions within the BitBoxApp.
