Once you have placed an order on the BitBox webshop, you will get a confirmation email containing a link to your order overview. On this page, you can see your order's payment and shipping status. 

If you can't find the link to your order overview, you can access it on this page using your order ID.

Payment status

  • Fully charged: Your order is fully paid.
  • Confirmed BTC payment: Your order is fully paid in Bitcoin.
  • Unconfirmed BTC payment: Your payment in Bitcoin is not confirmed yet. Please wait 24 hours.
  • Not charged: Your order is not paid yet. Use the “Pay for order” button to pay. If you are paying via bank transfer, the payment status will remain as "Not charged" until we have received your transfer in our bank account.

Shipping status

  • Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped. Tracking information is available on the order overview.
  • Unfulfilled: Your order has not been shipped yet.
  • Partially fulfilled: Some items of your order have been delivered, e.g. if you purchased a BitBox support call.

Note: If you want to cancel your order, you can request a cancellation on the order overview if the order is still unfulfilled. Orders “Not charged” will be automatically cancelled if they remain unpaid for 20 days.
