Order from the official BitBox webshop

Buying from the official shop ensures:

On the shop page, you will find the main product categories:

To get started:

  1. Select a product
  2. Click “Show details”

Select and configure your product

On the product page, you can:

  • Choose the edition (Bitcoin-only or Multi edition)
  • Select available options (e.g., color)
  • Review product details and included items
  1. Click “Add to cart”
  2. Choose to continue shopping or open your cart

Complete your order step by step

Step 1: Review your cart

  1. Open your cart
  2. Check items, quantity, and price
  3. Select your country
  4. Click Continue

Business orders are also available at this step.

 

Step 2: Choose optional add-ons

  1. Review available add-ons, such as:
    1. BitBoxCare Plus
    2. Personal support call
  2. Select add-ons if needed
  3. Click Continue

Step 3: Enter your shipping details

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your shipping address
  3. Review all details carefully
  4. Click Continue

On the right side, you will always see:

  • Order summary
  • Shipping costs
  • Estimated delivery time

Step 4: Select shipping method

  1. Review available shipping options (in most of the cases you will have only one alrady selected option)
  2. Check shipping costs and delivery estimates
  3. Review duties and taxes information
  4. Click Continue
    1. If duties and taxes are covered (DDP), this will be clearly shown
    2. If not, you are responsible for any additional fees

You can add a note to your order, but this note is only visible to us and not to the shipping provider.

 

Step 5: Review your order summary

  1. Confirm your shipping address
  2. Enter or confirm your billing address
  3. Review your full order summary

Promo codes can only be entered at this stage in the order summary.

 

Click Proceed to payment.


Step 6: Choose your payment method

  1. Select your preferred payment method:
    1. Bitcoin or Lightning (2% discount)
    2. Credit or debit card
    3. PayPal
    4. Bank transfer
  2. Accept the required terms and policies
  3. Click Proceed to payment

Step 7: Complete your payment

Depending on your selected method, you will receive the required payment instructions (e.g., payment details or redirect).
