Navigate the BitBox webshop
On the shop page, you will find the main product categories:
- Products (Hardware wallets)
- Metal backups

To get started:
- Select a product
- Click “Show details”

Select and configure your product
On the product page, you can:
- Choose the edition (Bitcoin-only or Multi edition)
- Select available options (e.g., color)
- Review product details and included items
- Click “Add to cart”
- Choose to continue shopping or open your cart

Complete your order step by step
Step 1: Review your cart
- Open your cart
- Check items, quantity, and price
- Select your country
- Click Continue

Business orders are also available at this step.
Step 2: Choose optional add-ons

Step 3: Enter your shipping details

On the right side, you will always see:

- Review duties and taxes information

- If duties and taxes are covered (DDP), this will be clearly shown
- If not, you are responsible for any additional fees

You can add a note to your order, but this note is only visible to us and not to the shipping provider.

Step 5: Review your order summary
- Confirm your shipping address
- Enter or confirm your billing address
- Review your full order summary
Promo codes can only be entered at this stage in the order summary.
Click Proceed to payment.

Step 6: Choose your payment method
