Order BitBox products from the official BitBox shop by choosing your products and following checkout. The steps below show when to select a business order, check import duties and taxes, and enter a discount voucher or gift card.

Choose your products

Open the shop and browse the products, metal backups, accessories, or merchandise. For a product with options, select Show details to open its product page.

Select product options and add to your cart

On the product page, choose the available options for that product, such as the edition or color. For a BitBox hardware wallet, check whether you have selected the Bitcoin-only or Multi edition. Review the included items, then select Add to cart. Continue shopping if you need more products, or open your cart to begin checkout.

Complete checkout

Have your shipping and billing details ready, along with any discount voucher or gift card you want to use. Vouchers and gift cards are entered at different steps, so check that each has been applied before continuing past its entry point.

Step 1: Review your cart and select your country

1. Open your cart using the cart icon in the shop header.
2. Check the products, selected options, quantities, and prices.
3. Select your destination country to see the shipping estimate for your order.

If you are buying for a business, select Click here beside Want to place a business order? and follow the business-order prompts before continuing.

For business orders shipped outside the EU and Switzerland, BitBox does not prepay import duties and taxes. Your company pays applicable import charges separately, and product-item prices are reduced by 20% as a goodwill gesture. This reduction is not an estimate of the charges and does not guarantee that it covers them.

Select Continue to review optional add-ons.

Step 2: Choose optional add-ons

Review the available add-ons, such as BitBoxCare Plus or a personal support call. Add any you want, or leave them out. Select Continue to enter your shipping details.

Step 3: Enter your shipping details

1. Enter your email address and shipping address.
2. Check the email address and delivery details carefully so you can receive order updates and your parcel.
3. Select Continue to see the shipping options.

If you want to use a PO Box or pickup location, check the supported delivery addresses and pickup locations before entering the address.

Step 4: Select shipping and check duties and taxes

Review the available shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates. If only one shipping method is available, it may already be selected.

Before continuing, read the duties and taxes information for your order. This tells you whether import charges are included in the checkout total or payable separately:

• Duties & taxes: Included: import duties and taxes are prepaid as part of your order. No separate import payment is expected.
• Duties & taxes: Not included: you are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees. These are payable separately, and checkout does not calculate their exact amount.

Prepaid import duties and taxes are also called DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For business orders shipped outside the EU and Switzerland, they are not prepaid, even where DDP is available for private customers. Check the shipping information for your specific destination rather than assuming that all orders receive the same coverage.

You can also add an order note at this step. The note is visible to BitBox, so do not use it to send delivery instructions to the shipping provider. When you have checked the shipping and import information, select Continue.

Step 5: Review your order and enter a discount voucher

1. Confirm your shipping address and enter or check your billing address.
2. If you have a promo code or discount voucher, enter it in the voucher field in the order summary and check that the discount appears in the total.
3. Review the products, quantities, shipping costs, and total amount.

Select Proceed to payment to open the payment page.

Step 6: Apply a gift card and choose payment

If you have a BitBox gift card, enter it in the gift-card field on this payment page and check the updated amount before proceeding.

If you have passed the entry step for a voucher or gift card without applying it, you currently need to repeat the ordering process to include it. If you have already paid, or are unsure whether payment succeeded, contact Support before placing and paying for another order.

For any amount still payable, choose an available payment option. The options shown depend on your location and eligibility. Review and accept the required terms and policies, then select Proceed to payment to open the payment instructions.

Step 7: Complete payment

Follow the payment instructions shown for your order. Depending on the method, you may be redirected to a payment provider or receive instructions to complete payment separately. Check the amount and payment details before authorizing payment.

Check your order and payment confirmations

Your order confirmation email contains your order ID and order details. It confirms that the order was created; it does not confirm that payment has been received. If payment is still pending, use the payment link in that email to continue.

Once payment has been processed and assigned to your order, you receive a separate payment confirmation email with your invoice. This confirms that your order can proceed to processing and shipping preparation. A further email lets you know when it ships.

If payment shows an error or you are unsure whether it succeeded, check with Support before paying again. If you need to correct an order already placed, contact Support promptly; do not assume a change can still be made.

Contact BitBox Support with your order ID, if available, and a description of the issue. Do not include payment credentials, gift-card codes, or wallet secrets.
